- MIB 2.5 (2019–2020) facelift MK7.5: Coding can be done via laptop using VW coding tools & software (5054 / VCDS, NOT included in the product, and we don’t provide laptop coding instruction), or use our OBD cable(included) to do the coding; We will offer the OBD coding instruction when you install the light

Yes. We provide an OBD coding cable, but compatibility may vary due to different market head units.
What if OBD coding fails?
You will need a VW coding specialist for laptop coding. Otherwise, the system can still be controlled by the mirror button or app.
