1. Which version should I choose?

Original 3-Color

For vehicles equipped with the factory 3-color ambient lighting system.

Aftermarket 64-Color

For vehicles without factory ambient lighting. An ambient lighting kit must be installed together, and OBD coding is required to activate the Ambient Light menu.

2. Does this product require OBD coding?

If your vehicle does not have factory ambient lighting, OBD coding is required after installation to activate the Ambient Light menu on the original Mercedes-Benz screen.

If you do not already have a compatible OBD coding device, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Is the co-pilot (passenger side) light compatible with Right-Hand Drive (RHD) vehicles?

The standard co-pilot lamp included with this product is designed for Left-Hand Drive (LHD) vehicles.

If your vehicle is Right-Hand Drive (RHD) please contact us before ordering so we can provide the correct version.

4. I'm not sure which version my car has. What should I do?

If you're unsure whether your vehicle has no ambient lighting, factory 3-color, or factory 64-color ambient lighting, please send us your vehicle VIN or photos of your interior/dashboard before purchasing. We'll help you select the correct version.
