The ambient light requires coding to activate the ambient light menu. Without coding, it cannot be controlled via the original vehicle menu.

For 2014–2018 Prefacelift Audi A3/S3 8V, coding must be done using a laptop.
If you are unable to perform coding, the ambient light colors and brightness can still be controlled via the mobile app or steering wheel buttons.

For 2019–2020 Facelift Audi A3/S3 8V, we provide an OBD coding cable, allowing you to complete coding directly on your mobile phone
