Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. These fees will be displayed at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. xtrabimmer is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and photographs (if damaged), and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
