Thank you for shopping with Xtrabimmer. This Refund & Return Policy follows the guidelines recommended for WooCommerce stores to ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Customer Errors

Please review your order carefully before completing the payment. Once an order is placed, our system immediately begins processing it.

For any orders cancelled or refunded due to customer-side errors (including but not limited to: duplicate orders, accidental purchases, changing your mind, or choosing the wrong vehicle fitment/model), a 5% transaction and processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Why we charge this fee: When you place an order, third-party payment processors (such as PayPal, Stripe, etc.) charge a non-refundable merchant transaction fee. Since these companies do not refund this fee to us when a refund is issued, the 5% fee is deducted to cover the direct loss incurred by the transaction processor.

💡 Alternative Option: we can issue a 100% Full Refund in Store Credit (Gift Card) with no deductions, which you can use for any future purchases on our website with no expiration date.

1 Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

After 30 days, unfortunately, refunds and exchanges cannot be offered.

2 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in its original packaging.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
⚠️ Notice: Please do not send your purchased item back to the manufacturer.

3 Non-Returnable Products

The following types of products are strictly not eligible for return:

  • Digital or downloadable software items
  • Gift cards
  • Health or personal-care items
  • Perishable items (food, flowers, magazines, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

4 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply under certain circumstances (subject to inspection):

  • The item shows visible signs of use or installation.
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing.
  • The product is damaged or has missing parts due to customer handling error.
  • Any return requested after the standard 30-day window.

5 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Processing may take several business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.

6 Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps first:

  • Recheck your bank account or payment balance.
  • Contact your credit card provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7 Sale Items

  • Regular-priced items can be refunded.
  • Sale or discounted promotional items cannot be refunded.

8 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our end. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please send us an email at: sales@xtrabimmer.com. Do not ship items back until you receive confirmation and approval from our team.

9 Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the following address:

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are completely non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from your final refund total.
  • For shipping items valued over $100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

10 Gift Orders

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a store credit may be issued for the value of your return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, refunds will be issued directly to the original purchaser.
