We usually process orders within 1–3 business days. International delivery varies by shipping method and customs, typically 7–30 days.

All installations carry some risk. Professional installation is recommended, as improper installation may cause vehicle damage or void warranties. Keep receipts, original packaging, and tools for returns or warranty claims.

Returns are accepted within 30 days if the product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories. See our Refund & Return Policy page for details. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed after inspection.

Contact our customer support within 5 days of receiving the product, providing detailed descriptions and photos/videos if possible. We will arrange inspection, repair, or replacement depending on the situation.

Most electronic accessories come with a 1-year warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, modification, or misuse. Keep receipts and packaging for warranty claims.

You can request cancellation if the order has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations may not be accepted.
