A: This kit is specifically designed for the Mercedes-Benz E-Class W213 (2016-2023). However, the installation process depends on your car's original configuration.

Q2: Does my car need to have original ambient lighting for this to work?

A: Crucial Step! Please check your center screen menu before purchasing:

If your car has the original 64-color menu: This kit is 100% Plug & Play. The LED speakers and tweeters will sync perfectly with your existing system and colors.
If your car has NO ambient light or only 3 colors: You will need an additional OBD Activation Tool or a protocol decoder to "wake up" the 64-color menu on your screen. Without this, the lights will not illuminate.

Q3: Is this a "Plug & Play" installation?

A: For models already equipped with the 64-color system, yes. It uses OEM-compatible connectors, so there is no need to cut any factory wiring. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your car's interior and the "Ambient Light" setting screen, and our technical team will verify it for you.

Q4: Will I be able to control the new lights via the original screen?

A: Absolutely. Once installed, you can adjust the brightness and choose from all 64 colors directly through your Mercedes Command/MBUX system, just like an OEM part.
